Return process
1. Within 7 days after receiving the goods, you can contact the online customer service of the Chipsgo website to report any problems with your goods. You can also choose to initiate a return or exchange application in the User Center - Transaction Management - Returns and Exchanges under the Chipsgo website, and select the corresponding reason for the return or exchange and how to handle the request. If there is anything unclear, please consult customer service before submitting.
2. After receiving the return or exchange application, customer service staff will contact you to confirm the problem.
3. After confirmation, the customer service staff will review and approve the return or exchange application, and the system will send an email to your website registration email address to notify you of the return or exchange details.
4. After approval, you must send the goods to the designated address as soon as possible.
5. After Chipsgo receives and accepts the return, it will arrange a corresponding refund or re-delivery.
